Research Project

In our research project we aim to investigate patients perpectives and views on closed-loop DBS, and promote patient-centered innovation..

In order to do that, we are conducting a qualitative study asking patients/propective patients for their opinion on closed-loop DBS and the associated risks, concerns but also advantages. By doing this we hope to reduce the gap between research and patients, and pave the way for future research to increasingly take patients into account durig their research.
